This new Italian hot spot in Fort Worth by Chef Stefon Rishel is the fourth concept in the Trident Restaurant Group portfolio. Meaning “three wives” in Italian, the name is a tribute to the restauranteurs and their families. Here, all wines are poured by the glass poured using a Coravin Pivot and offers a robust list to pair with the traditional and coastal Italian-inspired cuisine. Try delicious appetizer options like the Cacio e Pepe fritter or opt for family-style entrees like the Veal Scallopini or Bolognese (regulars rave that the homemade pastas shine here). Happy Hour in the two full-service bars is daily from 3-5pm – don’t miss it!

5. Ellerbe Fine Foods

This Fort Worth farm to table fine dining staple since 2009, showcases fresh local and seasonal ingredients in a non-stuffy, relaxed environment. An extensive wine by the glass menu is consistently evolving thanks to the Coravin Pivot, Coravin Timeless Timeless Three, and Coravin Sparkling. Chef Molly McCook was a 2020 James Beard Foundation Semi-Finalist, and has developed a menu perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters alike. Menus are rotational – including the wine list.
